I would highly recommend Arum to anyone looking for a place in the Okanagan region. He took the time to understand what I was looking for then worked hard to help me buy the rite place. He's professional, easy to work with, attention to detail, patient, has local knowledge and good insight on neighbourhood's (very important). He will give you his honest opinion and he works with a limited number of clients to give you all his attention. Arum, helped me furnish my place with with his network as well. He was quick to get into homes for viewing, I was receiving emails of listings as soon as they were getting listed and some even before they were listed.

We were fortunate to have Arun find us a retirement home...he was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Arun was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process which lasted over 2 years!

Arun was wonderful to work with! As a first time home buyer, I felt very comfortable and was informed of the process the whole way through! Arun is very quick to respond with any question you may need answered. He went the extra mile, and I am so happy in my new home :)

I had contacted about 10 listings for more information and or showing. No one answered our calls except for Arun. He sounded knowledgeable and interested in our circumstances right from the first call. We were looking in Lake Country and he would work with our schedule for showing even though he was on the West side of Kelowna. If he did not have an answer to my question he would research it and let us know ASAP. We bought during the fire season and he spent time with us reassuring we had time, which we did. Arun was always in touch and available for our many questions, if he could not answer our calls we would receive a message that he would call soon and always did. On top of being super friendly and knowledgeable, Arun was available at all hours of the day to get things done. He truly went above and beyond and made sure I was 100% happy with my purchase.
