My husband and I came to Arun after a bit so great experience with another realtor. We did not have a super clear idea what we wanted, had a somewhat unrealistic budget in mind, and were buying from out of town and not sure where exactly we wanted to move. Arun really made it work and drive all over the place to video places for us. Once we found a great place he was really amazing through all the price negotiations and throughout the deal. I called and texted with questions and panic moments a lot....like seriously a lot...at really weird hours. Arun always made us feel prioritized and well taken care of. We bought this house with the intention of renovating and reselling so will most definitely use Arun again...if he will agree to put up with us again! Oh- and he has a great sense of humour. Which is a must for me :)

Arun helped me purchase my home online, (with a little help from friends and relatives) He made it seamless to get through the listings he provided with opinions if I asked, and also made appointments with relatives to have their opinions and showings. So I am happy to say that this was purchased sight unseen and there were no surprises. Arun's integrity shows with each and every action of being prompt, professional and a friend too. I had several marks to achieve and he managed to find the perfect place for my family and I! Thank you very much Arun

Viewings were organized quickly and done so to meet our time schedules.<br /> In addition, he knows the value of the properties we were viewing. We appreciated that he confirmed and acknowledged what we know about homes...as we were not first buyers. His sense of humor was a blessing!!!<br /> Easy going, prompt, out to please and professional at the same time. Arun did an excellent job for us. It is a challenge selling a 10 acre property with two houses on it as you have to find the right buyer. We had a few offers before we found a buyer who really wanted our property. He drove on a regular basis from Glenrosa to the property above the Kelowna airport for showings and any thing else he could help with. We could call him anytime to ask questions and for setup of showings. All of this has taken place during a Pandemic. Thanks for getting the job done Arun

Arun has great Customer service skills. He goes out of the way to help his clients. He is friendly and is really knowledgable about his job. He responds quickly whenever a question is asked from him.

Arun is a good guy. Previously met Arun through the wrestling business and night club business. Got in touch with him through my mentor and father figure KJ who has multiple contacts throughout Kelowna. Arun keeps it simple and understands the market to get you the right value for your property - if you are selling; however, I wasn't apart of his buying process as I was going back into the rental game, but I'm sure he makes the buying process smooth and slick and makes sure you understand what is happening on the market and answers all questions you may have. I learned from Arun that is crucial to sell your property at the best time during the year as you want to mitigate competition in terms of pricing against other homes, but at the same time generate enough buyer interest so you can get multiple offers on the table and negotiate until you get what you are asking for or beyond asking price- especially in a market like Kelowna where its a hot spot to buy. I was in a rush to sell as I had made some life changing decisions based on work and its important to have patience and not overdue things all at once. Arun gets a general understanding on how fast you want to sell which determines the amount of marketing, promotion, open houses you have to do to garnish the interest.
