It was such a great experience with ashish sarpal. We showed a lot of house before we choose this one we bought for almost 3 months and evrytime he was booking the showings of houses as much he cab as per my availability and show us the house with great enthusiasm and charm like it's first house. He answered all the questions that I had even give us feedback on the properties we were looking all the pros and cons of it. He always gone above and beyond giving his personal time too no matter when we call or text him he always reply fast .I must recommend him. He is the true example of how a realtor would be always smiling , never pushing the sale and patient till the moment we found our dream home
