I recently had the pleasure of working with Ashish Sarpal when looking for my home. From day 1, He was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing He was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

Ashish was very helpful in our journey of finding a new home. He is an amazing agent who guided perfectly. Since I am in another city so initially I was a bit worried about the whole buying process, but Ashish made it very easy for us. He also did an amazing job in suggesting us houses in our price range. Since we were seeing the houses remotely, he would make sure that we can get every detail about the houses he was showing. He would also give us tours of the neighborhood remotely. And also on the day of the closing, he was very helpful and friendly. I am very happy that I got him as my agent.

Ashish's professional skills, such as effective communication, punctuality, respect, setting practical and realistic goals with facts, and advocating for his client, are what made me trust him. I rate myself as very high when it comes to professional expectations. For Ashish to exceed my expectations is commendable. When I first met Ashish, he was against the idea to sell my property; that was not related to his professional fees but because I was not getting a fair price. He saw my property and thought the then market was not ready to offer the price for the property. He presented his reasoning with facts and suggested me to wait, if I could, for the right time. I did and, in fact, I was not even thinking about selling my property until he got back to me with the most appropriate time, market knowledge and research. We sat, talked and then boom! Thank you, Ashish, for being available to answer my questions any time of the day and, also for a smooth sailing experience!
