Ashlee was amazing! This was an emotional time for us. We were selling my parents house because my Dad passed away. My sister and I didn’t even know where to start. Ashlee knew exactly how the market was doing and advised us when would be a good time to sell. She also provided us with listings in the area comparable to ours at the time, she was also very knowledgeable with negotiating when the time came to sell. Ashlee helped us with what needed to be done prior to selling. Cleaning out the house so she could stage it…WOW. That was the best advice. We felt so much better when it was all done and what a difference it made. The house sold quickly and what a relief it was for us. Ashlee is a fantastic realtor, we were very happy with the service provided to sell our house. Ashlee provided good communication from the listing phase all the way up to closing (about 3 months) and we were very happy with selling price. Ashlee also did a fantastic job staging the home.

Ashlee was the first agent we called to sell our beautiful home of 20 years and we couldn't be more thrilled with our choice.
