In this busy climate no one has spare time and when we do, we want to spend it doing the things we love. Ben was the guy who took the work out of buying my home, so that I could spend my time with the ones that I love. No one wants to read my long story about all of the little things Ben did to earn this 5 Star review, so let me say this, Ben worked tirelessly, he answered every ridiculous phone call and question I threw at him and he did it with a smile and a cheerful disposition. Beyond his work ethic, Ben went to battle in negotiations for me, helping to reduce the overall cost of my new home. Buying our home with Ben was a great experience. He was prompt, attentive, and always had a great attitude. We ended up buying a property that had been conditionally sold a couple of times. He really listened to us and kept tabs on that house such that we were first in line to make an offer each time it came back on the market and it eventually paid off.
