We were connected to Ben with an agent through BC where we lived. From the first time we spoke to him in the phone, he was polite, asked what we where looking for and started the search for our new home. He sent us many listings and always followed up with a phone call. Ben did several virtual tours with us. Didn’t matter what day, or what time of day, he always returned calls. When we came to Alberta to see some of the listings, he spent many hours with us going from home to home. He spent countless hours driving from place to place whether in person or virtual. If we ever decide to sell and or purchase another place, we would definitely use Ben again. We also passed our daughter and son-in-law on to him and he gave them the same great experience we had with him. He is outstanding. We recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell. Buying our home with Ben was a great experience. He was prompt, attentive, and always had a great attitude. We ended up buying a property that had been conditionally sold a couple of times. He really listened to us and kept tabs on that house such that we were first in line to make an offer each time it came back on the market and it eventually paid off.
