We were looking for the top realtor to sell our house in the tough Calgary market. Once we decided to contact Ben we had an outstanding experience dealing with him from day 1, when he responded immediately in the evening on the weekend. This realtor has the best skills in what he is doing. He spends hours preparing to the meetings with you and then presenting his market analysis to you on your TV screen in your home and discusses and suggests the potential pricing. He has a strategy for selling homes and he knows the best practices. And he has a great and professional team to support him. This includes the professional designer (Jackie in our case), who is an extremely pleasant person who spent 2 unforgettable hours with us suggesting how to prepare the house; professional photographers who took nice pictures of our property; Meredith who has run the open house and helped Ben. One more important quality which must be mentioned here (which I like a lot) is Ben's great responsiveness. Ben has told us he will most likely sell our house within 30 days, and he did it within 3 weeks! I would definitely recommend Ben and Associates.

Ben Sweet was very knowledgeable about the real estate scene in Calgary. He had a good handle on marketing and buyer patterns/habits. He shared realistic information and prices with us, which was quite helpful.

Ben is an exceptional real estate agent. He helped us to find the house of our dreams that meets our expectations and within our budget in a limited time frame. He was able to guide us through the process very smoothly and was very patient with us during the whole process. After we find the home that we really like, he worked so hard to negotiate the price in order to meet our budget. Once we had the inspector for the house inspection, we run through some issues, he immediately offered his help and came all the way through to the house more than one time to check about few things that the inspector could not do. Not only that, he came back to the inspector and asked him to refund our money back because he could not do his job properly. Ben definitely exceeded our expectations and he deserves every penny because he really cares about his customers. I will definitely use his services again if I need to.
