We are a family of 4 that moved to Calgary from Toronto. We didn't know the city at all and really needed to rely on Ben and Meredith for guidance. They were great. They were very accommodating to our schedule, being from out of town. They patiently spent time with us discussing all the possible neighbourhoods that might fit, then visiting homes in candidate neighbourhoods while we pared the list down. They provided a lot of valuable insight into the market in Calgary. They were readily responsive to all our emails (even during Stampede!). The communication was always clear, informed and respectful. A big cross county move is very tumultuous. I really feel like we got a good fit with our house and we couldn't have done it without them. We have already recommended them to friends in need of an agent.

Ben was very knowledgeable and was a great asset in selling one of our properties. Good communicator, makes you feel prioritized and is realistic in terms of negotiations. Will look to do business in the future.

Ben was extremely helpful in understanding the pricing process - going through many listings in our area and slightly outside, more than once. We settled on a price that, although lower than we hoped, it turned out to make our sale the least painful possible.

Ben is a very professional agent , he walked with us through the process of selling our house step by step and helped us to understand the whole process from the beginning . He was always there to answer our endless questions along the way. Very patient with our emotional roller coaster as we were not sure if it is the right decision or not. All his advises were very very valuable and Iam glad that we trusted him and followed his advices at 90% of the decisions. He had an exceptional team who make everything possible. He kept all his promises and I forgot to mention he has excellent negotiating skills that we were able to sell the house above what we expected.
