We worked with Ben to sell our house in tougher than usual market to sell in. From the first time we met with Ben through every meeting thereafter, Ben showed a level of professionalism and confidence that made us feel 100% trust in the process of selling. From listening to our needs in the sale of our home with regard to price and time on market, to providing insight into what a reasonable list price would be in our area, what upgrades could help sell the property more quickly or for a better price, and to knowing when was the right time to get the property on the market. Our home sold very quickly for the price we had hoped for. The negotiation process was easy and painless and Ben was able to not only get us a great price, but he also helped negotiate the conditions of the sale to help us the best for our situation. The process from start to end was extremely easy and basically stress free, which was a very welcomed experience. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Ben again in the future or to refer him to my friends.

Ben and his team did an amazing job in helping us preparing the property before listing it through professional advise on what needs to be fixed, staging, and professional photography. The listing period was a successful and short one. He uses latest technologies in informing his clients about the showings, always attentive, and answer all of the questions that we have. His most important feature in my opinion is that he guides his clients through the whole process and always goes beyond expectations in helping us feel confident about every step taken.

Ben and Meredith and their team were great to work with to get a good price for our house, get it staged and photographed. Ben was also great for us with the purchase of our new home. Would definitely recommend the team and would use them again.

We are a family of 4 that is making the move from Toronto to Calgary in July 2018. It was a daunting task to learn about Calgary over two visits in March and May, as neither my wife or I had any prior knowledge of the city. Throughout the process, Ben and Meredith were amazing to work with, and were really able to tune into our needs as they introduced us to the various neighbourhoods and school districts. They really earned our trust early on, and felt that they quickly understood us. We were impressed with their knowledge of city, both historically and it's projected growth as it would affect the properties we were interested in. We did a marathon 2 days of viewing countless houses with our kids over one visit; they were so accommodating, flexible, and were absolutely wonderful with our kids. During our visits, they were personable, present, and focused on us. They were always prompt with replies to our queries, despite the time differences when we were back in TO. When it came down to decision time as we whittled our list down, they were so supportive and honest in their advice, which we very much appreciated. Negotiations on our final choice went late into a Saturday night, and though we were exhausted, both Ben and Meredith remained fierce and energetic. We felt they had our backs, and we had complete trust in them. I am so grateful for their help. I would recommend working with Ben and Meredith in a heartbeat.
