I was having a hard time finding another home and good realtor until a friend introduced me to Ben. Ben was meticulous, caring and very attentive to my asks. He wasted no time in starting the search from the day we spoke on the phone. I realise I had many demands but he was so gracious all the way. He was very resourceful, had good knowledge of process, the market, and contacts when I needed them. He was consistent, and patient throughout the process. Ben will not shy away from any kind of challenge rest assured. If you are looking for it, he will find it trust me! The most important part of my experience with him was he listened. Even though I made a few adjustments, I am really happy with my new home. You can certainly trust him with your real estate needs- Big or small! When I need to buy or sell again, Ben's doing it.

Ben, is exceptional! He is the one that i am currently so happy with my first home, i would say my home was one of a kind and all credit goes to Ben for finding it. The home was not listed on MLS portal but he had his ways of finding such nice properties. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I have been exposed to the real estate market at different rates. Some things we knew and some things we didn't.
