Ben was amazing! We didn’t give him much notice for viewing but he came through lining them all up. He did his research of the area and was very thorough. We bought quickly and he lined up the home inspector quickly. The issues in the home inspection were dealt with and proper documents were submitted to protect us financially if the items weren’t correctly dealt with. Ben checked the house out privately before we moved in to make sure everything was in order. Ben was very timely in following up on any questions or issues. He represented us very well in negotiations. I would encourage everyone buying a house to have Ben represent them.
