Brandon will explain the docs before buyers make decisions, draft contract, offering prices suggestions for buyers. When placed the offer, Brandon will try his best to negotiate with the sellers to help buyers get it accepted. After that Brandon will help buyers through the home inspection, mortgage contacting, etc. to walk with the buyers steps by steps. No matter buyers have any questions, Brandon will try help buyers get the answers. Brandon is really helpful and can be trusted, which makes the first-time home buyers have a smooth buying processes and the most important thing is that fulfilling your dream to be a real home owner.</p>
