I came upon Brandon while searching realtor.ca for condos in Brentwood. He was readily available when I called with questions. I was impressed with his knowledge during that 1st conversation. Brandon is a energetic and humorous person, he helped us to found our investment condo. He did his research and suggested our initial offer 32K below asking price that got accepted. It was lower than our expected price which was unusual in a hot market. He sent emails at each stage to remind me what need to be done, that was helpful and guided me through all the way to completion. I appreciated his work and I actual enjoyed the whole process.
