This guy is a Legend. We are at similar age and we shared a lot of aspects and the point of view. Before letting him to sell my house I have interviewed several Top 1% agent. But his humbleness, his attention to detail and his witness for providing more free services really caught my eyes. This guy just have a very warm tone. You see him everywhere from bus stop to the garbage bin ha ha. He is a realtor king on the street. He really demonstrated his magic because the house hasn't been properly listed and it was sold. It ended up a guy he knew when he was at high school, told his parents and bought the house. The house was supposed to be released on Monday and it was sold one day before. If he is not that trustworthy, if he doesn't know the new buyer then I don't know what will happen. The price is also very reasonable. I wish him a successful career and don't hesitate just choose him to represent you. I know every house is different but giving him your house will make a difference.

He is the most hardworking, efficient, reliable, honest, and patient, has outstanding communication skills, knows how to open & close the deals with the clients, answers your needs immediately, and most importantly, he spends a lot of his time towards to clients to briefly explain everything on the contract until you are 100% understands and satisfied. Some might laugh, but my family and I are allergic to perfumes, and Brendon does not wear any strong perfumes, which was a BIG PLUS for us.
