We struggled to sell our house for months and had to let go of two realtors. Brendon sold the neighbour’s house, and that’s how we connected to him. He is the most hardworking, efficient, reliable, honest, and patient, has outstanding communication skills, knows how to open & close the deals with the clients, answers your needs immediately, and most importantly, he spends a lot of his time towards to clients to briefly explain everything on the contract until you are 100% understands and satisfied. Some might laugh, but my family and I are allergic to perfumes, and Brendon does not wear any strong perfumes, which was a BIG PLUS for us. Brandon shows and expresses the most respectful manners in every situation, and we highly recommend him. It was such an excellent opportunity to work with him & the team. Brandon is an excellent Realtor! He provides thoughtful advice and made purchasing a property a seamless process. As a first time home buyer, I felt at ease as Brandon answered all my questions clearly and patiently. Also, he helped strategize on negotiating the price with seller and provided objective data showcasing the true value of a property. You can tell Brandon has extensive experiences and expertise in the real estate market just from the initial interaction. In addition, he comes prepared for each meeting, and sometimes he knows the property info better than the seller’s agent. If anyone asks me for a recommended Realtor, Brandon will for sure be my number one choice!

Brandon was a great realtor for my partner and I's first home purchase. We came into the process fairly unprepared, and it was only through the work he and his office put in that we found somewhere we fell in love with. He was available for contact whenever we needed him, and we were able to speak quite candidly (which to me was important, being a huge chunk of money and all) Further, he was able to make us feel confident in knowing all the variables regarding our buildings planned maintenance, the particulars of our strata for the previous year, all in a timely manner. Hopefully don't need another realtor for a while after this but would reach out to him again
