My partner and I met Brett at an open house when we were just beginning our search for our vacation home on the Sunshine Coast. We knew right away that he was a great match for us. He was the perfect balance of what we look for in a working relationship: he's laid back and easy-going, flexible and accommodating with our unique needs and busy schedules, and also incredibly hard-working and very responsive. In the three months we worked together, we never had to follow up or prompt. He was always on top of it, often 2-3 steps ahead. Brett is professional, proactive, and also a nice guy to be around - an underestimated quality in a working relationship where you spend your weekends and off-time together! In the end, we purchased a home that fits our needs perfectly and at a price we're very happy with. We definitely recommend Brett, and would not hesitate to work with him again!
