Brian was extremely valuable to us when we purchased our first home. Our home shopping experience was quick as we were very eager for a particular property in a fast selling area. We contacted Brian for the first time the same day we were viewing a property and he came prepared with information about the neighbourhood, property values, and specific details about the home we were looking at within an hours notice. His previous experience in the building industry was a huge asset to us when we viewed the home as he was able to identify some issues that were later involved in the negotiations and conditions of our offer. By identifying an electrical issue during our walk through, Brian was able to have the repairs completed at the cost of the previous home owner prior to our move in. Brian was very patient with us as we were first home buyers and had many questions about the process. He took his time with us during the first viewing and discussions around the process of putting offers in. His communication during negotiations and the lead up to our possession day was excellent. I strongly recommend people use Brian to assist in their pursuit to purchase a home.

Brian was very professional when selling our house. He brought in a knowledgeable designer and a great photographer. He knew the market and sold our house quickly.
