<p>Wow! As a new academic (U of C) relocating to Calgary from Ontario, I was enthusiastically greeted by Shawn and absolutely thrilled to see an agent who quickly took action and got us where we needed to be. After a month of working with another agent, Shawn became our go to. In a short time he was able to sort us out defining our needs, likes, and eventually setting us on the right path. Though in Ontario in the beginning, Shawn was fast on the uptake when we flew in fro house trips and easily directed us properties, neighbourhoods that reflected what we really needed. his insight to house construction, details of quality and location, really gave us confidence in him as our agent. He is personable, thoughtful and just a smart agent with our best interests at hand. In follow-up house hunt trips we were met with the now familiar and candid insights of Shawn Rasmussen. His well-prepared and organized manner assured us of our needs and concerns as we did the house hunt. Shawn provided the details and also the support in helping us to discern what we important to consider in a house market unfamiliar to us as we were leaving Ontario. I was heartened by the confident and knowledgeable manner Shawn possesses. There was nothing more comforting-reassuring for our family then knowing Shawn had the depth of knowledge and the clarity in his perspectives when we viewed the many houses that we did. I needed nothing more at the time then to know Shawn had our best interests at hand. Given the investment we were making in our move I was simply amazed at how giving and relentless he was to ensure we found what we needed.</p>

<p>I have used several realtors over the years in buying and selling houses and was extremely impressed with the Howard Team. In short, Bryon and Shirley went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor.<br /> On the selling end Bryon negotiated some interesting situations with buyers and skillfully negotiated the sale of our house at a price we were happy with. Shirley took over on our purchase and did a lot work to find me the location I wanted to get into - which was not easy.<br /> This all could have been a stressful time, but Bryon and Shirley assuaged my fears and actually make the whole experience sort of fun.</p>

<p>Recently we decided to move to Vancouver. Having met Shirley and Bryon at a family party ... we invited Bryon to show us what he does to sell condos. He met with us at our Spruce Cliff Condo on Hemlock Crescent and laid out 'reality' on what the Calgary Condo Market was doing. While not pretty, we decided to list at a price that we thought would attract a buyer. We got few showings in the first 30 days and eventually received an offer. While not our list price, it was close enough for us to agree. Working with Bryon's administrative assistant Lisa, and the rest of the team went really well! We would definitely recommend The Howard Team to others.</p>

Bryon was referred to me by a mutual friend ... he was quick to respond to my questions and laid out various options that would assist my friend.<br /> In the end, we decided to sell the home ... and while it took about 30 days to get an offer, we are extremely grateful and thankful to the entire team for getting the job done and getting the home sold.</p>

<p>I met Bryon about 10 years ago when he helped purchased my home. It was an easy experience and he helped me a lot through the negotiations and after with the previous owner always stopping by to see his old house. Lol. This year I decided the house was too much for my life being single and the place deserved a family to take care of it. Bryon took my house and with in a few days I had multiple viewings. It did take about a month to get a full price offer which I accepted. I would recommend the Howard team to anyone looking to buy or sell.</p>
