For our first meeting he came extremely well prepared with the extensive research of our property’s area: data of the current properties on the market, sold properties in the area in the last 6 mths and substantial statistical information provided in an easy to understand and follow way to help us with pricing our possession right.</p> <p>The biggest help was that he and his team were always available when we needed them!
