Calvin did a great job in selling my downtown condo. He always got back to me and answered my questions in a timely manner. He was very respectful of my concerns, my time and my objectives. I have no doubt he also treated the prospective buyers the same way. Calvin approached this listing with a lot of enthusiasm and a lot of good ideas. I believe these skills are something that is needed when one is considering selling their property in such a competitive market.

Normally, I am very picky who I want to work with, so when I say that Calvin deserves a perfect 5 star rating, it is truly genuine and honest. I have nothing but a series of good praise for Calvin. He is also very quick to respond when it comes to urgent matters and even prioritizes his clients despite having schedule conflicts sometimes. Calvin is also easy-going and it only took us one conversation to know that we are comfortable working with him. He also answers any questions to the extent of his knowledge and explains with a good amount of detail. Since my family can be indecisive when it comes to choosing properties that we like, I was worried that it would cause Calvin too much hassle, but then he handled everything professionally just like a great realtor would. Overall, working with Calvin has been a smooth and fun journey. We are very glad and satisfied that Calvin is our realtor.
