Several people online recommend Che, and we went with him because we needed someone very responsive, as remote buyers. Che did not disappoint! ... He replied within moments of us reaching out (less than 2 hours) and has kept the communication line extremely open from start to finish. His website / portal with recommended listings was very user friendly, and he quickly caught on to our style and preferences of what we wanted to buy. He's very honest, knowledgeable, experienced, connected, trustworthy and straightforward and always happy to help. Personally, I don't know how he keeps up but it seems to me he has a way of making all his clients feel like they're the only ones in the world! Che was extremely responsive from the very beginning. When I first reached out, he got back to me within 30 minutes, introduced himself, and immediately added me to the collaboration. When we found a house we really liked that had just come on the market (less than 48 hours), I messaged Che around 8 PM to book an appointment for the next morning. He arranged everything right away. The very next day, we visited the home, and Che joined us to walk through the property, clearly explaining the pros and cons. Since we liked the house, we decided to put in an offer the same morning. Che quickly prepared all the paperwork and submitted it without delay. By that evening, the seller had accepted our offer, and within two weeks, the house was officially ours. From spotting the house online to having our offer accepted in just one day—it was all possible because of Che’s prompt responsiveness and dedication. We truly got our wonderful home because of him.
