I highly recommend Che! we've worked with many realtors over the years and Che is definitely at the top! We were selling a low priced property and he treated it the same as if it was a multi million dollar listing. Great communication, smart, honest, reliable.

Che was absolutely the best to work with in buying our first home. He was available 24/7 and answered every question we had. He provided great insight while viewing the properties and would point out the good and the bad details to ensure we were making the best choice.

Che is hands down a five star realtor in Edmonton. I would give more if I could. The first day I called for help to find my next home, Che actually called me to discuss my needs, to explain how he works and where he could support me in my search-he is the only realtor out of the four previous that called me instead of sending a stock email with a list of homes to look at. I'm old school-when spending hundreds of thousands, face to face communication is my expectation. Che certainly obliged and worked with me everyday, calling to touch base, and showed me every listing I was interested in. He did a lot of hand-holding, sorry Che:) He even went through my documents to ensure there were no surprises. At one point I was ready to purchase, but he found a glitch and I pulled out of the deal. He was so supportive and continued to work diligently until I found the best home for the best value. Whatever your real estate needs, Che is your agent, he doesn't disappoint. Che, thank you for all your hard work, taking my late calls, and guiding me in my home choice.
