Chris was very knowledgeable regarding the volatility of the current market and suggested a selling price that was above what we thought, however we ended up selling for over list. His negotiations skills on the offers that were presented was very professional and he displayed honesty and integrity with other realtors in the area during the negotiations. We also used Chris as our realtor to purchase our home back in 2016. He displayed his patience in looking at all the different scenarios we were considering for our retirement home; from condo living, townhouse living to single detached homes. Chris was extremely helpful, I contacted him one Saturday, next day he meet with me in my place, and he gave me valuable advice on how to sell my property, we signed the paperwork and, 3 days after my property was listed. 3 weeks after my property was sold, and I was able to remove the subjects for acquiring my new property just in time.
