I first worked with Chris several years ago. I was looking to buy my first condo. It was going to be a small purchase but I dragged Chris to see dozens of places. He happily took me until I found one that would work for me. We worked together again a few years later when I was ready to buy my second. Recently we worked together for a third time. My unit sold in a few days, for more than I had expected. The deal will be closing in a few weeks and I'll be moving to my new home soon. Hopefully I won't move again, but if it comes to that I won't hesitate to call him.
