<p>Chris was ever patient having to wait almost 2 years before we made up our mind to sell. He looked after every detail (no matter how small) through to completion - even dealing with the red tape that is city dictated. It was at a very emotional and difficult time when deaths in the family resulted in the need for the sale of the house. Chris was very respectful of this and above all of his expertise, we appreciated this the most.</p>

<p>Chris was absolutely fantastic! He knew exactly what I was looking for in a home and when 'the one' became available he let me know immediately. He was sure to point out all the pros and cons of the property and took the time to really explain things; even down to point out the workmanship of the home. I really felt taken care of and in good hands with Chris.</p>

At that time, I needed a lot of help as I was finishing renovation work at the old property and didn't have a lot of time. The day after the offer was made and accepted, I had to fly to England for a holiday. Chris continued to communicate with me via e-mail and kept me apprised of the status of the transaction. He also provided me with the name of a mortgage broker who was also very professional and helpful and was able to negotiate a very reasonable mortgage rate for me. Chris also provided the name of a lawyer with whom I dealt in all the legal paperwork.</p> <p>I was very pleased with my dealings with Chris and will recommend him to anyone who is in need of a real estate agent.</p>
