Chris helped us with both our home purchase and home sale. His expertise with the area helped us find the right home for our family. Every realtor will handle the paperwork but he has the experience to know what to look for during showings that may not be obvious, how to handle inspection items that might arise and contacts with every trade to help resolve them. On the home sale, he helped identify what needed to be done in advance to have the house in the best position for sale and it ended up selling in one day just under list price!
