In the beginning, I wasn't exactly sure what type of property I was looking for. Chris' knowledge of the Calgary real estate market, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond were invaluable during my property search. When I would let my excitement get the best of me, he was always a calm and rational force that pointed out important flaws and characteristics that I often missed. A tough seller's market made it difficult to be patient through this process, but Chris really helped guide me to make a great choice. Chris is honest and straightforward, he saw things in places that we would never have known to look for and he took the time to explain and walk through his reasoning at every step. We looked for a while before we found the right place for us.
