Mine dealings with Chris probably required more hands on attention than usual because I live out of province and had been renting out my property for over 10 years. Chris gave me solid timely information about the area and sales and was very helpful letting me know what to expect, and lining up the outside professionals I needed to prepare the appraisal, the listing etc. to get the job done. He was patient and always ready to go the extra mile in what could have developed into a difficult sale. The sale was made within a week of listing. During the process he dealt so well with my tenant that we had no problems getting showings, arranging the closing and the vacating of the property. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I am not the sort of person to give perfect scores, but it was very hard finding anything unsatisfactory about our real-estate experience with Chris. We took longer than average to find a home in Calgary due to other life commitments, but Chris was very patient and consistently helpful, and Chris found a home for us that topped all of the other homes we reviewed since we started exploring in 2023. We found Chris' candor and knowledge of construction particularly valuable in making the right choice. We have been enjoying our new home for two months now and it still feels like a dream.

Chris is professional, quick to respond and knowledgeable. He looked for things we didn’t, so my wife and I could focus on finding the home we always wanted! I’d highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor.

Omg. I would give Chris a million stars. He has been with us since 2014 when we were little first time home buyers. Since then was a part of our big purchase, then the sale of our first home and the sale of our big purchase. And then again the purchase of our Reno project. Chris makes your purchase an enjoyable experience, regardless of the sticker price he makes it feel important and doesn't make you feel any less than or more than. He makes you feel just right. He has this ability to pivot in ways I couldn't even believe and one of those people you wish you could be friends with outside your real estate journey with him. I recommend him over and over again. I hope he doesn't get to busy when it comes time to sell our Reno project. Unfortunately this review I can only leave one transaction. I hope he isn't sick of me yet.
