I am so glad I sold with Tara Crooks at the Christine Cowern Team! I had to move quickly out of province to help my mom out and was a first time seller. Tara was amazing. I was completely blown away with the efficiency and grace of the entire process- we went on line in just over a week with staging and home inspection. Heather was very patient with me as this was my first time selling a house, as it was very different Heather was very professional and informative. She gave me lots of things to think about and web sites to provide answers to how things work. She was not pushy with me to sell or even list with them but heard what worries I had and good advice where needed. I would enlist Christine Cowern Team if or when it is time to buy my next home.
