Clay Monteiro provided exceptional service while assisting my wife and I to navigate the process of selling our condo and buying a home for our growing family. In fact, Clay is so outstanding, this is the second time we have have utilized his expertise. Clay takes the time to understand your goals, desires and needs and formulated an individualized plan for us. What resonated most with us was his calm and approachable demeanor. We never felt pressured. Even when our expectations were unrealistic, he would gently guide us with his advice. Clay went above and beyond with his availability and communicativeness. He was available around our shifting work and toddler schedules. This also extended to his interactions with counterparts as he diligently negotiated on our behalf, both as a seller and buyer, to ensure that we were satisfied. Clay exceeded our expectations in all regards. Any prospective buyer or seller would be lucky to have Clay guide them through the process.

I had reached out to Clayton after reading some of the reviews here, and I am very glad I did!! I was moving to Toronto on extremely short notice and I needed to secure a rental property asap. Clayton was very responsive and accommodating, and he took time out of his Saturday night for a last-minute appointment. He’s an extremely hard worker and began work right away. He also listened to all my criteria/requests, and we were able to secure my dream condo within only 4 business days!! Clayton also has a deep understanding of the market and was very knowledgeable about the different properties within downtown Toronto. After a few showings, the unit I was looking at was in high demand. Clayton was able to negotiate on my behalf and even lower the rental rate to secure the property! Clayton also truly does care about his clients to ensure they are happy, and that all their needs are met. Even after moving in, Clayton even followed up a few times to ensure the property had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy realtor, I would highly recommend going with Clayton!!

Overall Clay was awesome!! We got in touch with him a few months before we decided to actually buy. Clay sent us listings during that time (various locations) and doubled it when we were actually ready to purchase. Clay is very very efficient!! He was able to book viewings on short notice, in spite of our current situation with COVID. Clay made our experience very easy with electronic signing and always checked in on us, even after the deal was closed and we moved in. We would recommend Clay to any buyers/sellers looking for a trustworthy agent! :)
