Both my sister and I were first time renters looking for a unit to rent in Toronto. Upon a positive recommendation given from a family friend we contacted Clayton to help us find a condo to rent. Immediately Clayton went straight to work and endlessly researched for possible units for us to look at. Any questions we had we were able to get answers from him whenever we needed. Clayton understood our specific requirements and worked tirelessly to find the perfect unit for us. He was able to find the perfect unit for us in less than 1 month of searching which shows his high level of commitment and understanding of his clients’ needs.
