We reached out to Cody Goodyear back in April 2021 as we were looking for a condo to rent. Cody got back to us immediately and sent us condo options to look at the very next day. We met up in person to view the units and ended up finding what we were looking for right away. Not only was Cody incredibly quick and efficient in helping us, but he was also very friendly, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He listened to everything we were looking for and sent us many options that fell in line with that. We ended up moving into our new condo in June 2021 and Cody consistently checked in with us afterwards to make sure things were good and we were happy with our new place. This was our first time looking for our own place and Cody made the experience positive and stress free. We definitely look forward to working with Cody again in the future on finding our next home!

Cody helped us purchase our home in August 2022. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. He's honest, ethical and very diligent!
