Cordell Nielsen is a very knowledgeable and dedicate realtor. Cordell made both the buying and selling process very easy for me. He made sure I got top dollar when selling and was very good at negotiating when I was buying a new home as well. I learned a great deal from him about real estate law and contractual obligations. He really made sure I had everything done properly. I have recommended him to several people that work at my shop and everyone that has used him say the exact same thing about his abilities and most of them consider him a friend after as well. He stays in touch with his clients and is great with people. You can actually see he really loves his job! I would highly recommend him to anyone.
