I've used Cordell since 2006 to purchase several investment homes in Red Deer and recently to sell these homes. Cordell is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. He provide sound advice even when I'm dealing with another realtor in Calgary and is always prompt with his response. Mostly, Cordell is very personable and have good negotiation skills. I recommend him in a heart beat.

Cordell has been amazing to work with! He’s so on top of everything and goes above and beyond! He comes prepared and works hard to answer any questions that come his way. If he can’t answer it right away, he will work hard to find an answer for you. We have greatly appreciated his hard work, determination and knowledge! We would definitely recommend him!

I don’t drive and Cordell was always available to take me to each viewing. When I asked questions he was ready with the answer or found it out and communicated the answer to me in a timely fashion.He was very patient with me as I looked at each Condo.I was very pleased with the service and would use Cordell again.
