<p>Corey has been my realtor through more than one transaction. He has been great to work with, he makes sure that his client is well informed but still allows the client to make their own decisions. He keeps in touch regarding all aspects so that you never feel out of the loop. He is very honest and trustworthy in his dealings. I highly recommend Corey :-)</p>

Corey has vast experience in this market. He is also a skilled negotiator, but what I liked most was how we collaborated and strategized together . I felt confident he fully understood our needs and objectives. The value of his experience is a tremendous asset. As you get closer to your final decisions, Corey is someone you can absolutely count on.

If these are things you are looking for in an agent then Jeff is your guy.</p> <p>Having Jeff as our realtor made our experience in the real estate market less stressful. With his experience and access to the current market information Jeff was always able to give us answers to any question we had in a quick and timely manner. With our busy work schedules and viewing limitations, due to having a 2 year old, Jeff was always willing to work around our timelines which meant mostly weekend viewings. Not once did Jeff make us feel like we had impacted his schedule.</p> <p>Thank you to Jeff for all his hard work and dedication to helping our family find a perfect home!</p>

<p>My immobility had reached the point where it was necessary for me to move into a new home. It was important for me to find a home that was wheelchair accessible or at least have the potential to be modified to become accessible. I was diligently researching real estate on line when I connected with Jeff. He appeared to be and later proved to be genuinely interested in helping me find a home that would be right for my husband and me and in particular my special needs. He did everything he could to find us a home to modify for my wheelchair, install a stair lift as well as build a roll-in-shower in an area that gave me accessibility to reach amenities on my mobility scooter.<br /> Since it was a fixer-upper foreclosure property that he found, it meant viewing it frequently with various tradesmen and contractors to determine if the purchase was affordable and the renovations feasible. Jeff, who lives and works in Sherwood Park, made many trips to the property for us to allow entrance for the tradesmen incl. a potential buyer to view the hot tub that came with the home but we were not interested in owning. On that particular day, it was cold, windy and raining but still Jeff came at a time convenient for us and for the potential hot tub buyer. As my husband was showing the hot tub, I pondered out loud as to whether the window treatments in my current home in Devon would fit the windows of this house in Leduc or if it would be necessary to purchase new ones. I barely got the words out of my mouth, Jeff got his ladder from his truck, climbed it, measured every single window in the house and recorded the measurements on a piece of paper for me. When I thanked him and told him that I did NOT expect him to do that, he simply and humbly said, "It's my job." , a term he used often when I thanked him for going way over and above what I believe to be any realtor's job description. Because I'm in a wheel chair but there was no lift to get into the house, Jeff would help my husband get my heavy power wheel chair up the stairs and then down again every single time we attended the property.<br /> I have worked with a few realtors in my life, some were good experiences, others not so good but NONE could even come close to providing the service that Jeff did!!!<br /> Likewise, when we had a purchaser for our home in Devon, the buyer didn't want the pile of wood we were happy to leave for them to burn in the fire pit. It was a sizable pile that my husband with his sore back and shoulder would not have been able to remove. Before we could even think of a solution to tackle this problem, Jeff said not to worry, he would take care of it. Knowing Jeff, we thought he'd find a way to have it removed but NEVER did we think he himself would be the one removing it and free of charge at that!<br /> On every phone call with Jeff, he was ALWAYS friendly, personable and yet professional. The same applied to his emails. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all questions and what he didn't know, he made sure to find out for us and in a timely manner. No question or request was too much for him. He made us feel like we were his only clients and his only purpose was to work for us.<br /> Considering the distance between the new home in Leduc and his office in Sherwood Park, to go over the paperwork we suggested to meet in a restaurant half way in between at South Common in Edmonton, one that was accessible for me. He said it wasn't necessary, that he would come to us but we insisted. The first time we met in the restaurant, it came as a surprize that Jeff had picked up the tab for our meals. The second time, it was our intention to pick it up but he beat us to it again. The third time we were there earlier but hungry so we ordered and ate before Jeff was scheduled to arrive. He only had a beverage and still he managed to pick up the tab. He was not only fast to keep picking it up but his generosity was outstanding!<br /> When the deal went through and we were to meet him at the house to take official possession, we entered the house to find a gift on the kitchen island. No, not a box of chocolates or tin of cookies but a keypad front door lock worth several hundred dollars. Again, his kindness and generosity were outstanding!<br /> When we were ready to put our house in Devon on the market, it was definitely a buyer's market. Our house is located on one of the most desirable streets in the entire town of Devon, where in the previous 30 years the only time a house was put on the market was when there was a death in the family. And whenever it went on the market, if it even had a chance to be listed, it was sold within a week or two. In this poor economic climate in AB, the sale of our house would be difficult, as would getting a fair price, especially since several of our neighbours had put their house on the market at the same time. Very discouraging, considering we had to lower the price several times as a result. Jeff, however, did everything possible to promote our sale with numerous open houses, keeping tabs on the other houses on the market to assure us we had ours priced correctly, etc. He kept us informed of all the changes that took place on all the surrounding properties so that we had a better understanding as to how the market was at the time. He never gave us the impression that he was eager to earn his commission but rather that he was eager to help us sell our house - just as eager as he was to help us purchase the home that was right for us in Leduc. He could not possibly have done more to make that happen. We could in no way have asked for better service or a better realtor. There is no way to pay him back for that but we will keep our promise to spread the word that we had found the world's best realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone we know wanting to buy a new home or sell their current one. That would be the absolute least we could do to show our deep and sincere appreciation for Jeff and all that he has done for us.</p>

<p>Corey was great, I would highly recommend him to others. He was always very punctual. He is a realtor of his word; what he says he is going to do, he does.</p>
