Dale worked tirelessly to help us sell a very difficult property. It was a complicated process, but Dale is sharp and guided us through it. He made sure we understood what was happening at each step. He stuck with us through the ups and downs. Our lawyer, who worked with Dale for the first time, made the comment at closing that he was very impressed with Dale, that Dale was the best realtor he had worked with. Dale is the person to help you find your forever home! This is my partner's and my first home purchase and Dale made the process amazing. Dale was very consultative throughout the whole process. Dale was very responsive and when the seller wanted to adjust the closing date, we made alterations basically right away. After everything was confirmed, Dale stayed as a point of contact while everything was firming up and helped mitigate the stress we had dealing with the unknowns in the process. Once everything was completed with the sale and we got the keys he even had the home cleaned for us which made moving in just that much easier. We can't stress enough how he worked to make this a positive experience and we recommend anyone looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable realtor with your very best interests at heart to choose Dale.
