My wife and I have successfully used Dale, on several occasions, to buy and sell property. We have also recommended Dale to family and friends who have all been very pleased with his service. I recently recommended Dale to my cousin and her husband who were planning to sell their 80 acre farm that they had built and lived in for 50+ years. They had no experience selling property and needed a lot of care and attention. I couldn’t think of anyone more qualified and up to the task than Dale. He spent a great deal of time with them patiently guiding them through the process and preparing their home for sale. Dale even offered to help with finding a home for their pet goat (Bob).
