She gets things done quickly yet professionally, always respecting our time. she was a great listener, taking note of our needs and wasted no time showing us properties that met our specifications. she researched a fair market value for both places and negotiated effectively with the owner of the home we purchased. Dannielle was very responsive to our questions. she often responded immediately to our emails or phone calls well after 8:00 pm. Danielle is extremely smart and knowledgeable. the adverting and video on the property we sold was first class. Danielle was a star! She was always available and helped us to quickly close on our first home so that we could be in before Christmas! From viewing to possession in three weeks! I cannot say enough about Danielle and her professionalism and care. Arriving to our new home to see a "Welcome Home" sign was touching. The check-ins to see how we settled in were also appreciated. It was a pleasure to work with her and we recommend her to everyone we know!

During the recent sale of my Mother's apartment Danielle was excellent at fostering a relationship with my aging mother so that she trusted the process and felt comfortable. Danielle has such a friendly manner which immediately put my mother and us at ease and made the sale of the apartment very easy and stress-free. She was also incredibly responsive throughout the process and went above and beyond to help where she could given that we were out of the province for most of the transaction.
