We have probably looked at somewhere around 30/35 homes over the last 4 years and in taking our time we did want to bother anyone in particular (what agent wants that headache). When Dan showed us a home a few months back, both my wife and I said immediately after that showing “That’s our guy for sure” Would we recommend him? 100% yes we would.
