Dan's best quality is his honesty and this is the reason we have recommended him as a realtor to several friends and newcomers. Dan has a very good reputation in Penticton; he and his family are highly active in community and school sports and they are all generous and ambitious! Dan worked hard for our family. It took a year to find our special home. There was little inventory on the market in 2020/2021 and so many buyers competing for homes. Dan always responded quickly to our requests for showings and he was patient and informative when we needed second showings. He went above and beyond for our family and we are forever grateful.

He offered a commonsense approach to making our house more saleable plus he admitted to not having the skills to properly stage a house. Dan hired a professional to work with us during the staging process which we feel helped with the sale. His pricing was realistic and this reflected on the day it was listed with a strong offer presented to us within hours.
