Dave Beattie and his partner Robin Gileo were an absolute pleasure to work with! I was selling my late father's property as part of his Estate, and live across the country. Dave and Robin truly went above and beyond to make the process as easy for me as possible, in both preparing the property for listing and the sale itself. Dave is a great person, very personable, easy to talk to, and has exceptional experience/knowledge of the area. That experience really came to light when the deal nearly fell through and Dave was able to rescue it, getting the house sold in a very tough market as a seller. Can't thank them enough and would happily recommend Dave and Robin!
