Sean Millar came highly recommended by a colleague, and we trusted him and his team to help sell our condo in downtown Toronto. He was really great to work with. He efficiently listed our property in a tight timeframe while not compromising on full-service. At 1% seller's commission, it really is the full package (professional photos, virtual tour, floor plans, dedicated website and online advertising). It also includes free professional home staging, which made the unit look much more appealing (thank you to Erin Lazer and her team!). There was an automated booking system for showings and Sean followed up with each prospective buyer. We were very happy with the final sale price - over asking !
