Upon my initial call with Dave, I immediately felt comfortable. I could tell from the onset that he would do his very best for me- what I didn’t know was that he’d sell my place in 2 days, and break the record for the highest selling condo in my building. His personality is infectious; a go-getter, enthusiastic, vibrant, friendly, honest, while being patient and pleased to always address questions and concerns. Lena helped me purchase my very first home in Toronto! She is absolutely AMAZING, I would give her 10 stars if that's available. 5 star is under-stated for her. Because it was my first time buying a home, it was super stressful, and I had a hard time deciding on what type of home to buy, and not sure what factors to look out for; I'm also probably on the pickier side due to the stress. But Lena was so kind, patient, supportive, and professional throughout the process. She was fast with her responses, patiently went through everything with me, explained pros and cons to me when I'm confused, and when I got disappointed due to the bidding wars, she supported me and encouraged me.
