A few weeks after James from Team Elfassy helped us purchase a new home for our family it was time to sell our existing home and once again we were very pleased with the service and performance from Team Elfassy. James educated us on recent sales in the area, explained the sales strategy and quickly had his stager in our home to get the home “market ready”. 
Next thing I knew we were on the market in a few days and I can happily say the home sold in 1 week for over asking! It was important to us to find a “one stop shop” that would handle both the purchase and sale. With a growing family including a newborn baby we needed full service and that’s what Team Elfassy delivered for us. When we met she had a printed out listings in my area and the statistics. She asked me what my goal was and we worked together towards my needs goals. She was easy to work with.
