A few Key points that made Melissa Bergmann selling experience truly memorable: Melissa first meeting was authentic and detailed as she reviewed and offered a realistic picture of all her services she was to provide and provided. Melissa Responsiveness and communication came through with her approachable personality when I had queries, changes to the contract and working with her to close a deal. She used her problem-solving skills and tried to think out of the box, when being presented with the potential buyer wanted to back out of offer with a unique issue that hadn't come up before which she tried to get the deal to the finish line but with the roadblock with the management office the deal did not go through. Melissa jumped and relisted the same day to start the process over to get people through the condo as soon as possible. The original deal that fell through was a blessing as the next offer was much better and the deal went through that same evening. I feel Melissa has working knowledge expertise in real estate trends and market dynamics. When the first offer fell through, I was asked if I wanted to reduce the asking price and after our conversation, we came to the agreement that as the condo was only the market for just over 2 weeks it was best to leave at that price point.
