We used Melissa Bergmann from Dave Elfassy's team to help us Buy the right and Sell our house quickly. Melissa took the time to understand what we were looking for and was very patient as we saw many houses before we found what we were looking for. When we found the right house, she helped us determine the right price to get it. She made sure we were well informed of what was happening as we competed with 5 interested parties during the bid date. Once we got the house, her team helped us sell our own house quickly. It's very nice to have the inspection, photos & staging covered as part of the 1% commissions. It was tough selling our house with the market slowing and interest rates rising. However, we were able to sell our house within a few days at a reasonable price. Melissa kept in constant communication with the buyer and made sure to present us with all of our options. After the sale was closed, she continues to keep in touch with both the buyer and the seller and made the closing process very smooth. Overall, I'm very happy with Melissa's service as an agent and will be happy to use her again in the future.
