I initially reached out to Team Elfassy to see if they would be a good fit to sell my property. When Dave Elfassy replied back with an in-depth consultation video about my property I right away knew that they stood out from the rest! I was then put in touch with James Frodyma, who came on-site and gave his honest opinion about the property, market conditions, when to list or hold until later and of course what should be done to make the listing show its best. Luckily we were able to get the property ready to list about 1 week later and their stager Erin came in to make the unit perfect. They then had photos/videos/3d walkthrough/drone footage completed of the property before creating their own personal website for the property. Once the listing went up James ended up going back and forth with all parties involved and gave his honest opinion each time on what I should do. In the end our property sold in under 2 days with a record breaking amount with almost 100% of showings putting in offers, some even before coming to see the unit. Dave and his team have been professional, accommodating, very experienced, oh and how can not comment on their time management skills. Dave was my main contact and managed the process of purchasing our new home with ease. Dave listened, was not aggressive but very knowledgeable about the market and was able understand our wishes and provide us feedback. This allows us to make a more competitive offer, and wow were moving. Within hours of completing the buying process his team changed hats and were now entering the selling stage, once again Sean came to meet us, went over in detail the selling process. Lena was a great realtor to work with. She was always very pleasant and professional. The one thing that could have been improved was explaining in more detail/having a conversation about the reasoning behind the initial listing price and what offers I should realistically expect. Other than that, I would recommend Lena.
