Dave helped my family and I sell our home as we were moving out of Stony Plain. He was knowledgeable and assisted in the sale of the property. He was able to do everything with one initial showing and the rest was dealt with online. My home had an offer in 6 days (and the deal closed in less than 30 days) and he successfully negotiated a more reasonable deal and kept me up to date with all the conditions, inspections and buyer communications. Highly recommend him. He is a great agent

We were very fortunate to work with Dave as our realtor, for our first home purchase. Right from the beginning he was honest, and let us know that he was representing himself as the seller. We reached out to Dave on Oct 6th and explained to him that we needed a place for Nov 1st. With the unique setup we had, he was able to act fast and made Nov 1st possession date possible. Dave was incredibly accommodating and supportive of our situation as first-time home buyers moving from British Columbia to Alberta with our family.
