Dave was amazing! 1 hour after our initial conversation he sent us a list of potential properties to look at. When we wanted to look at a property he was quick and on the ball setting up the viewings and talking to the selling agent about any information he could gain for us about the property. During the offer process he helped guide us through what would be the best offer to write to make sure we got the house at the best price. He is our realtor for life no doubt about it.
