As a first time home buyer I was unsure of what to look for in a home. I was very trusting with Deb as she is very thorough when viewing properties and has lots of knowledge on what to look for. She educated me on several things when viewing properties, like making sure the structure is good, and how to tell if a basement has had water damage, or needs to be braced, etc. Overall I felt very confident in the decision I made, and how much I paid for the house I chose.

I have worked with Deb for the last 12 years and she continues to offer the most quality, high level, top of the line service every time. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, kind and compassionate. Deb was always available to help answer questions, help ease concerns and make sure I was able to get in the right home! The photos taken of my condo were of great quality which I believe aided in multiple showings of the unit. Current market conditions have my condo listed much lower than its purchase price, however, I was able to receive an offer above my lowest desired price within three months of listing it. As Deb was away when I was ready to start looking for a new place to purchase, she has another great agent take care of me during her absence. We were able to find exactly what I was looking for, in the area I wanted, for a great price. It was overall a great, stress-free experience and I would definitely recommend Deb to anyone looking to either buy or sell their home.
